I’ve been a nurse for more than 30 years, and for most of that time I’ve been asking the same question: what does it really take to stay well as we age?
For me, that question has always been personal. My grandmother and my mother both developed motor neuron disease, and watching them go through it made me determined to understand health more deeply than the usual approach allowed.
That search led me to the Root Cause Protocol, developed by Morley Robbins, and it changed how I saw everything. Rather than chasing symptoms, the Root Cause Protocol focuses on what it sees as the body’s basic needs: the right minerals, well-supported energy, and room to let go of the emotional stress we carry. For the first time, the dots connected. It didn’t give me all the answers, but it changed how I think about health.
I became a Root Cause Protocol Consultant, and I continue to study with Morley as his research develops. The Root Cause Reset brings together three decades of nursing experience with this whole-person approach, so you don’t have to piece it together on your own.
The Root Cause Reset is a wellness and education service. It isn’t a nursing or medical service, and doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition.
