What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and home address.
  • Date of birth, to confirm you are aged 18 or over.
  • Medical history, medications, allergies and consultation notes needed to treat you safely.
  • Clinical photographs, taken only with your consent, to plan and record your treatment.
  • Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • Payment records. We do not store full card details.

Why we use it

  • To assess whether treatment is suitable and safe for you, and to provide your care.
  • To manage appointments, reviews and follow-up.
  • To keep accurate clinical records, as required by professional (NMC) standards.
  • To respond to your questions or concerns.

Our legal basis

We use your information to provide the care you have asked for, to meet our legal and professional obligations, and, for health information, because it is needed to provide healthcare. Where we rely on your consent, such as for photographs or marketing, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it where necessary: for example with your GP or another healthcare professional if needed for your safety (usually with your agreement), with trusted providers who help us run the clinic such as booking or payment services, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are kept for 8 years after your last treatment, in line with healthcare record-keeping guidance. Other information is kept only as long as needed.

Keeping it safe

Your records are stored securely and can only be accessed by those who need them to provide your care.

You have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete or limit the use of your information, where the law allows.
